Mark Huval, along with his father David, Sr. and his brother David, Jr., is one of the founders of C.E.C., Inc. (C.E.C.) Since 1989, Mr. Huval has provided field project construction, supervision and management of labor, equipment, material, and project resources.

He regularly performs job cost analysis of C.E.C. projects in an effort to trim C.E.C.’s job costs in addition to management duties. Mr. Huval is actively involved in the oversight of C.E.C. field operations.
